The Culinary Institute of America is having a gluten-free baking class in October.

When: October 18th, 2014

Where: Hyde Park, N.Y.

Cost: $250.00 ( As a participant in this class, you will receive a CIA logo apron and a CIA Masters Collection kitchen utensil to take home.)
